Welcome to the Heart Attack Grill, a thrilling establishment located at 450 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV, where indulgence meets entertainment in a medical-themed setting. This unique hamburger restaurant is renowned not just for its massive portions but also for its quirky, tongue-in-cheek approach to dining. A visit here is not just a meal; it's an experience that tugs at your sense of adventure while offering a hearty nod to the outrageousness of American fast food culture.
The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cast of waitresses dressed as cheerful nurses, turning your dining experience into a playful romp through a hospital-themed playground. The decor’s hospital motif serves as a backdrop for a menu filled with over-the-top burger creations—like the infamous Double Bypass Burger. While some patrons, like Kris, might describe the food as “mid,” others find satisfaction in the sheer size of these culinary behemoths. With portions so enormous, they could easily be considered “medicinal,” diners often leave feeling stuffed and satisfied.
As you dig into your meal, expect a rich array of side options, from crispy fries to savory onion rings, both of which come highly recommended by visitors. For those with a sweet tooth, the shakes served in gargantuan portions won’t disappoint, providing a dessert experience that’s almost meal-worthy itself. The unexpected twists in food presentation—served in pill bottles and huge syringes—only add to the playful ambience, as noted by enthusiastic diners like Edward who appreciated the whimsical flair.
A standout feature of the Heart Attack Grill is its commitment to providing a fun atmosphere, fostering bonding experiences among friends and couples. The playful spankings received by adventurous diners on their exit, as shared by karma 4you, add a level of cheeky entertainment that further enhances the experience. And while the flavors might not always be chef-worthy, the sheer joy of dining here brings guests back for more. In the words of Paul, it’s hard not to enjoy the lively atmosphere and theatrical service, making every visit memorable.
In conclusion, Heart Attack Grill is more than a place to grab a bite; it's a culinary adventure layered with humor and audacity. Whether you leave with a full belly, a smile on your face, or perhaps a red rear-end, you'll undoubtedly take home a story to tell. If you're in Las Vegas and looking for an experience that's larger than life, don’t hesitate—swing by the Heart Attack Grill for an unforgettable meal!
Willingly got spanked- me and my husband. We loved it- wasnt planning on going to this restaurant, since we had a reservation later in the day for Hell's Kitchen, but we wanted the experience as well. The food was exactly what I expected- it kept me full all day. Which is why I was like " should we go if we have to eat again later?" But the experience is a must- very fun, very entertaining. Great bonding experience; from the atmosphere and wow factor of the establishment. Just walked right in and the rest was easy. I usually am very reserved- very anxiety ridden. But I felt comfortable to willing want the spanking as long as my husband joined next It was fun- nonetheless.
The Heart Attack Grill on Fremont is a fun restaurant with a kitchy theme. You're waitresses are attractive nurses and the dining area is supposed to be a warped take on a hospital. I'll be honest the food isn't that great. My double bypass burger was pretty mid but at least the portions were huge. The prices aren't too bad either and you get a lot of food.
Nurse Rikki is the bestest! Great service and knows how to make you red in more than one place. The atmosphere is fun. The milk shakes are HUGE. The burgers are massive, but nothing to really write home about. Fries and onion rings are excellent. I could barely finish my burger and fries, but I'm glad I did to avoid the wrath of Rikki.
I had been wanting to go here since their original location in Arizona opened in the 2000’s. Honestly I was not let down by my experience. The burgers despite was others have said, I thought were very good and satisfied my cravings. The restaurant was also a lot more relaxed than I thought it would be; plus the waitresses were very nice.
A friggen hilarious time! Gowns and great nurses to feed you your medicine! Lol! The food was great. We had burgers and jalapeno poppers. Huge burgers at a good price! And the medicine is served up in pill bottles and huge needle bottle. The spanking was good at the end. We all had a fun time! I recommend you go check it out! A
Excellent food. We got single burgers (barely finished them) I got a triple burger and it was huge. The service was great. They will try and sell you a photograph that they take so just a heads up but overall the vibes are great and the staff is well trained. They make you wear a hospital gown and treat you like a patient. If you are being bad and need a spanking, this a good place to go. I attached video for you to view (at your own discretion) And watch out the subtle details in this place. It is a very well put together burger joint with a twist.
We came to Heart Attack Grill with ambition and left with a sense of defeat... and slightly bruised. Ordered the smallest burger and a hot dog... and couldn’t finish them. We got spanked—because rules are rules. Now we’re not sure what hurts more—our pride or our backside. The atmosphere , the portions , the waitresses . Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to test their limits and have an unforgettable experience... in every sense. A must-visit for those who want to challenge their willpower, stomach capacity, and self-respect. We failed, but we might come back for a rematch. Or not...
The place was pretty empty when we went. Most likely do to it being cash only ! We passed by later that day, and it was the same. I got the double bypass burger with 10 strips of bacon . The burger was great ! I also got a 750ml shot of pina colada, that was great as well. Don't finish your burger, then you get spanked pretty hard . I would go back. They would do a better business if they accepted charge cards, just add an extra 3%.
